SCRW Leads the Way in Discovering Culinary Talent

Several years ago the Southern California Restaurant Writers awarded Sara Guccione at the Tustin Ranch Golf Club as their Pastry Chcef of the Year Award. A few years later Ms. Guiccione  was recognized and singled out as the organization’s Sous Chef of the Year.

Over the years S.C.R.W. has selected industry individuals for awards before other organizations, newspapers, magazines and social media have even discovered some of these individuals.

We are pleased to announce this amazingly-talented young lady will take the reins in Mid June as the Executive Chef at Tustin Ranch Golf Club Restaurant.

The Southern California Restaurant Writes congratulate Ms. Guccione on this well-deserved promotion and takes pleasure in knowing once again, this organization of professional restaurant writers and broadcasters has discovered yet another hospitality leader before others have become aware of exceptional industry talent.
